I recently told my husband, “Elizabeth has saved my life.” While that may be a slight exaggeration I can say without hesitation that she has definitely made many aspects of my life - my now much healthier life - significantly better. For approximately 6 months Elizabeth and I met every 2 weeks and talked about establishing and attaining - and sustaining - goals that focused on healthier eating and regular exercise. Her encouragement during our regular powwows kept me accountable, and her extensive knowledge and positive attitude paved my way to to a much healthier lifestyle.
